As our founder and CEO Tomas Liljeborg says, “I expect someone who works at Macrobond to take ownership of their part of the business, to roll up their sleeves, to challenge the organisation, come with ideas and really drive their part of the business. As an employee at Macrobond, you are actually the CEO of your part of the business.”
