Software Developer (C#), Hong Kong

Macrobond Financial is an international company with a bright future in the industry. Our flagship product, the Macrobond application, is a single platform that combines an extensive macroeconomic and financial database with easy-to-use tools for analysis and smart data visualization.

We are now looking for a C# Developer to join our existing team called Integration. Together with your colleagues you'll be working on developing our software and finding the best solutions to improve the experience and the work of both our employees and our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating software used by our Clients and for the needs of our company
• Searching for and developing software solutions that help streamline the work of our team and other teams as well
• Optimizing the use of available IT resources
• Cooperating with your colleagues on internal projects

Our requirements for this role:

• A relevant university degree (e.g. BSc/MSc in Computer Science)
• Experience in C# programming with .NET
  
• Advanced English - written and spoken
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Focus on solutions and improvements
• Very good Chinese or other Asian language
• Practical knowledge including:
• C# (Visual Studio, .Net Framework, .Net Core)
• SQL (MySQL, PostgreSLQ)
• web api (HTTP/REST/JSON)
• integration and unit tests
  
• good MS Excel skills (incl. macros) - nice to have
