We’re looking for recent graduate to support our rapidly growing business in Asia.

You will work closely with our sales, customer success and marketing teams. Your primary responsibilities will be to support our existing customers use of our products, work with our Sales team to train and onboard new users, build strong relationships with existing clients and ensure they continue to use our products and to learn all you can so that you can be a credible resource to all your stakeholders.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a keen interest in economics and finance. Someone who is a commercially driven self-starter with high energy who can learn quickly and thrive under pressure.  We empower graduates to speak with clients very early in their careers so confidence and maturity will be key to your success. You will be communicating frequently with senior stakeholders at many of the world’s largest global financial institutions.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Quickly become an expert in the Macrobond platform
  • Support our customers use of Macrobond through training sessions, calls and emails
  • Support our Sales team by training prospective customers, preparing demonstration materials and undertaking work as a proof of concept
  • Demonstrate the Macrobond product to prospective customers
  • Collaborate with both marketing and sales teams to support successful outreach campaigns and follow up on leads generated by those campaigns
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

The Ideal Candidate;

You are a recent graduate with an analytical mindset and a keen interest in macroeconomics, data and financial services. A self-starter and a team player who enjoys working with diverse colleagues from around the world. You are an excellent communicator seeking to further develop the critical skills needed to engage high-level, highly intelligent customers.

You will have a degree in economics or finance, but we welcome a diversity of expertise. For example, an engineering degree and strong understanding of macroeconomics/econometrics, or a degree in mathematics, actuarial sciences or similar.

  • Has a high level of English ability


Visa Requirements

  • Macrobond would sponsor the successful candidate for Hong Kong employment visa if necessary

Pre-requisites

Fully proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

MSc or BA in economics or related field.
