As a Customer Success Specialist, you will help Macrobond's customers become successful and happy users of our products. Customer satisfaction and retention are your most important key performance indicators (KPI) and you achieve these by:
You will work closely with a nominated Account Manager to identify opportunities for growth within existing customer accounts by identifying additional customer requirements across our product offering.
The ideal candidate
We are looking for someone with an analytical mindset and a keen interest in macroeconomics. You love how data can be used to inform strategic decision-making and have an econometric mind. Your educational background is perhaps in one of the more quantitatively-minded MScs in finance. But different foundations can also lead to a successful and fulfilling career at Macrobond, such as an engineering degree with strong understanding of macroeconomics / econometrics, a degree in mathematics or actuarial sciences or similar.
Fully proficient in English; German and Mandarin a plus.
MSc or Bachelor’s degree in economics or related field.
