The position will report directly to the CFO and be part of our finance team of 8 colleagues, which includes financial control, accounting and finance/business projects.

In this role you will have the opportunity to continue the development of finance and support the business to make more fact-based decisions to drive performance. The key priorities for Finance are to automate management reporting and forecasting process with digital tools, sharing info through BI tools and improve performance management within the Group. Main responsibilities:

  • Lead monthly management reporting process on group level and prepare highly professional management reports
  • Lead forecasting process and participate in improvement project to implement and develop new digital forecasting tools and ensure decentralization of cost budgets out in the organization
  • Developing and enhancing follow-up structure (and analysis) to evaluate performance by customer, product and market
  • Ability to document, outline and improve financial planning and controlling processes (e.g. formalizing controlling handbook)
  • Participate in efforts to automate controlling processes and share more data/info with organization through BI tools
  • Participate, and sometimes take lead, in finance improvement projects, such as ERP project (i.e. D365) to cover business control perspective and performance management projects.

Experience and personal characteristics:

To be successful in this role we believe you have a university degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar and at least 3-5 years of experience from a business controller role, preferable from a multinational company. You are fluent in English, Swedish is beneficiary, and you have good knowledge/ability to work with finance systems (e.g. D365), business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI) and MS Office package (mainly Excel and PowerPoint).

Given the rapid growth there are constant changes and reprioritizing in terms of operational needs and it is key that you enjoy a dynamic environment and easily adapt to changes. You are triggered to solve complex problems, challenges and turning it around in a pragmatic and time effective way. For this role it is highly important to demonstrate ability to interpret, communicate/present findings and make recommendations in a professional way. The person we are looking for has strong analytical skills with ability to dive into details, but always able to understand the big picture.
